２０世紀の建築を大きく変えたエレベーターや空調機器は、建築学の外部からもたらされた技術です。同様に、ドローン、自動運転車、ロボット、IoT、AIなど今まさに実装を待つ技術が、いずれ都市や建築を変えるかもしれません。吉村研究室は、そういった学際領域を研究のターゲットとし、Semi-Seminar（セミゼミ）と名付けて組織化します。以下の三つの大きなテーマの下に、サブ・テーマが紐づけられます。関連する成果を随時掲載していきます。

Elevators and air-conditioning equipment, which have greatly changed the architecture of the 20th century, are technologies brought from the outside of architecture. Likewise, technologies that await implementation just now, such as drone, automatic driving car, robot, IoT, AI, etc., may change city and architecture in the future. Yoshimura Laboratory organizes such interdisciplinary areas as research targets, and named "semi-seminar". Under the following three major themes, sub-themes are linked. We will post relevant results at any time.
